In the first few years of the development the Free Travel Voucher Offer was of a lower value.
Since we have agreed a larger offer value for residents with Leeds City Council, and therefore we’re offering those who previously claimed the lower value voucher the chance to claim a top-up.
You can choose from one of the following:
- Annual Bus Only MCard – unlimited travel on buses across West Yorkshire. Find out more about MCards here.
- £600 Halfords Cycling Voucher – this voucher can be used on everything in Halfords cycling category, including on e-bikes, cycling accessories, and on servicing and parts.
To request the top up you’d like, please fill out the form below to give us some details. Please note the following:
- This offer is per household. So you’re welcome to request the top up voucher in a different person’s name, but only one top up is available per household.
- The voucher/pass can only be used by the recipient, or another member of the household where appropriate. Vouchers/passes cannot be provided to others for use, and doing so will make the pass/voucher invalid resulting in its cancellation.
- We may require proof of residence at the address, and will be in touch with you if this is needed.
- We aim to process all requests within 4-weeks, if you haven’t heard back in that time, please reach out to us on info@travelchoices.uk.
While we have now agreed the offer with Leeds City Council, we are awaiting funding to arrive with us and so it may take a little longer than usual for us to process requests. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
